Dr Carolyn Forrest

MBBS; MRCGP(UK)

Dr Carolyn Forrest is an experienced GP having worked in the United Kingdom for the last 10 years. She spent 18 months training in Australia working in A&E near Brisbane before returning to the UK to have her family and changing her speciality to General Practice. She has an interest in women's health, in particular contraception and menopause management.

In her spare time Carolyn enjoys travelling with and without her family and is a keen rugby fan having played in the UK and supporting her son as First aider for his team.

Dr Amr Elseby

MBBS, MRCGP (UK), DRCOG.

Dr Elseby graduated in Malaysia with MBBS in 2018. He then moved to the United Kingdom and worked there for 6 years, finishing his GP training in 2023. Dr Elseby gained speciality in Women's Health, completing a Diploma in 2023; as well as ENT, with procedural experience. These are both areas of particular interest to him. Dr Elseby speaks both English and Arabic fluently. He enjoys travelling and table tennis, for which he says he can be quite competitive.

Dr Efe Abada

Warm, approachable, and highly experienced, Dr Efe Abada brings global expertise and a personal touch to general practice.
Originally trained in Nigeria and the United Kingdom, she now proudly serves the Geelong community with a strong focus on personalised, whole-person care.
Dr Abada welcomes patients from all walks of life and is passionate about building long-term, trusted relationships with those she cares for.

Dr Ibiwari Pepple

MSc; MBBCh; MRCSEd; MRCGP (UK)

Dr Pepple became qualified in 2004, in Nigeria, where he also completed his internship and worked in primary care setting before enrolling into a radiology residency in 2011.
He subsequently moved to the UK to complete a Masters Degree in Neuro-Imaging which he completed in 2014.
Dr Pepple has worked extensively in General Surgery and Neurosurgery from 2015 and 2021, obtaining membership of the College of Surgeons, Edinburgh in 2017.
He moved into General Practice training in 2021, completing his qualification in 2024 - all whilst working in the field gaining vast and enduring experience.

Dr Sriram Vadlamani

FRACGP; MBBS; MD

Dr. Sriram Vadlamani is an experienced General Practitioner who provides comprehensive, patient-centered care across all aspects of general practice. He has a broad clinical interest and supports patients with minor acute illnesses, chronic disease management, care plans, and preventive health.

Dr. Ram also has experience in managing mental health concerns, including Mental Health Care Plans, as well as WorkCover and TAC claims. He provides employment medicals, travel health advice, travel vaccines and other immunisations, and offer care in child and maternal health, including early pregnancy care.

Dr. Ram is committed to delivering compassionate, thorough care tailored to each patient's individual needs.

Riley Burn

Master of Exercise Physiology and Accredited with Exercise & Sports Science Australia (ESSA)

Our Accredited Exercise Physiologist is dedicated to helping individuals achieve meaningful, long-term improvements in their health through tailored exercise and lifestyle interventions.

With a strong focus on mental health, lifestyle change, and musculoskeletal conditions, he works with a wide range of clients to support sustainable, results-driven transformations. His approach goes beyond short-term fixes—aiming to build healthier habits, improve overall wellbeing, and help clients lead more fulfilling lives.

Taking a holistic approach, he considers every aspect of a person’s health, including physical condition, mental wellbeing, personal values, and social environment. Each program is carefully designed to be practical, personalised, and sustainable.

He holds a Master of Exercise Physiology from La Trobe University (Bendigo) and is accredited with Exercise & Sports Science Australia (ESSA). He has experience across aged care, mental health, paediatrics, public health, and private practice.

Known for a direct, motivating, and supportive style, he works closely with clients to build accountability, confidence, and long-term success.

Outside of work, he is a proud father who enjoys watching AFL and playing tennis.

Poonamdeep Kaur

Bachelor of Physiotherapy and a Masters of Physiotherapy (Orthopaedics).

Poonam is an experienced and accredited physiotherapist with over 12 years of expertise in musculoskeletal care. She holds a Bachelor of Physiotherapy and a Master’s degree in Physiotherapy (Orthopaedics).

She has a strong interest in spinal pain and tendon injuries, using a combination of hands-on therapy, rehabilitation, and dry needling to deliver effective, evidence-based care.

Poonam is also passionate about men’s and women’s health, particularly pelvic health, incontinence, and pregnancy-related conditions, and has experience in paediatric physiotherapy.

Having worked full-time in the Wyndham community for over 8 years, she is known for her patient-centred, supportive approach and strong collaboration with GPs and healthcare providers.

She speaks Punjabi, Hindi, Urdu, and English, ensuring accessible care for a diverse community.
